Clearance product disclaimer

​

1. All Clearance items are sold as-is and are a final sale. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits provided once the item is purchased.

2. Clearance items are warranted for either; 12 months, 30 days, or not at all. The warranty, or lack there of, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Items are in used condition and may be discoloured, blemished, faded, or scratched. All items have been accessed by our technicians. The condition of each item will be clearly communicated to the customer. 

3. It is the customer’s responsibility for inspecting the product before purchasing and is required to sign off on Spa Pool Clearance Terms & Conditions at time of purchase. The customer must also ensure the product will fit in the intended living space, this includes doorways, stairwells, and entrance openings.

4. All sold clearance items must be removed from the store premises within one (1) week maximum.

a. Paid Deliveries: We will offer a paid delivery service to customers. To be paid at the time of purchase. Spa pools will be delivered Monday - Thursday. 

b. Pick-ups: The customer is responsible for making arrangements for pick up at the warehouse location. Pick up days will be Friday - Sunday. 


5. Clearance floor models are first come, first serve. We will not reserveclearance merchandise for customers.

6. We accept the following payment methods: EFTPOS, CREDIT CARD & CASH.
